1. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable).
Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page.

Important: A video recording of the parcel being opened is mandatory to process any return or claim. Without this video, we cannot proceed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A parcel opening video (required)
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
Once approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 24 hours and typically delivered within 2 to 10 days, depending on your location.
3. Refund Policy
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
The item is returned in line with our Return Policy.
A refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days after processing.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item and do not want a replacement, you may request a full refund instead.
Once your complaint is approved, the refund is initiated within 24 hours.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
